These two actually have the same languages, the changes appear to be only game related (maybe some kind of censorship ?)

If your locale is Japan : Language will be Japanese

If your locale is a PAL region : Language will be English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Polish or Russian

If your locale is an NTSC or NTSC-J region : Language will be English, French or Spanish
