Even though the internal serial is the same as the first release, since the ringcode is the the PlayStation 3 the Best edition's serial, which indicates that this dump was exclusive to this edition, the datfile modifier should be changed to "PlayStation 3 the Best"

No, we cannot be sure it's exclusive to that edition. It's possible (it happens for other games) that late pressings of Original edition also got the later version.
