So I am not able to give you a list of the changes because I don't know have the tools and the knowledge to do so. However, compared to there respective Rev 0, the changes are at least a new firmware update, a theme, but more importantly, this Rev 1 replaces any mentions of Microsoft Game Studios by a mention of EA, and the date on the start screen is now 2012, which is the year of the release of the Mass Effect Trilogy, and the last rerelease of the game, the only one that is EA-published. So I would argue that this is enough proof that this revision was exclusive to the Mass Effect Trilogy, which means that the "Rev 1" datfile modifier should be replaced by a "Mass Effect Trilogy".
