I think it would be more accurate for these to have their name be :
Borderlands Triple Pack (Borderlands Add-On Installation Disc)
Borderlands Triple Pack (Borderlands 2 Add-On Installation Disc)
Borderlands Triple Pack (Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel! Add-On Installation Disc)
with the text between parentheses being the disc name
also it would keep the same naming convention as the Borderlay GOTY add-on discs

Triple Pack is the edition. It's not present in-game, or on disc label. So it's not an appropriate main title.
I've updated the Pre-Sequel title to move "Add-On Installation Disc" to the disc title rather than main title.
Includes 4 DLCs : Mad Moxxi's Underdome Riot, Claptrap’s New Robot Revolution, The Zombie Island of Dr. Ned and The Secret Armory of General Knoxx.

The 4 same DLCs : Mad Moxxi's Underdome Riot, Claptrap’s New Robot Revolution, The Zombie Island of Dr. Ned and The Secret Armory of General Knoxx, as well as ... Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep, which is a DLC for Borderlands 2. Crazy
There's also Title Updates for both Borderlands 1 and 2 (GOTY only had the TU for Borderlands 1), since there was the possibility that the user only used this disc and installed Tiny Tina's, and never the Borderlands 2 add-on disc, and the TU was probably required to play the DLC

Triple Pack's Borderlands 2 has the same Borderlands 2 title update, the same Triple Pack logo/background, and a lot of DLC (likely why they had to push one of them to the first disc)
Triple Pack's Borderlands The Pre-Sequel! also has a Borderlands 2 DLC and title update
