The only difference between http://redump.org/disc/39396/ and http://redump.org/disc/121770/ is that the North American dump only has an ESRB and Brazilian rating internally, whereas the Euro one has every PAL rating (PEGI, BBFC, USK, Australian) + ERSB-RP and a different Brazilian rating, which is now the lowest one (It feels like they kind of deactivated those 2 instead of removing them, it's strange)
