I can't find "Mystery #3" anywhere on the item or in-game.

While it would be *nice* to have everything matching, if it doesn't exist on-item/in-game it really shouldn't be there.

Their inclusion seems to be spotty, unfortunately.

We can't make sweeping title changes for consistency reason, as discs are not consistent.
If you find that an individual disc is incorrect, provide evidence with a fix thread.
