I'm not sure why the title on the site is "Nick Bingo", the box, packaging, and main menu clearly say "Nick DVD Bingo."

This does not affect the Dreamworks Shrek one that I dumped ages ago, it's a different publisher and developer.

I don't have an answer, but here's more info:
The contents on the box says "1 Nick Bingo DVD", which sounds like the title is Nick Bingo, and the item is a DVD
The volume label is "NICK_BINGO"
So, it's not obvious here that "Nick DVD Bingo" is the intended title. It could be that the logo is trying to convey "Nickelodeon: Bingo" DVD edition.
All that said, DVD probably does belong in the title, it's just not obvious
