SInce the box have both English and Dutch, and seeing the languages, maybe the region should be changes to Belgium/Netherlands ?

English and Dutch doesn't imply Belgium. If there's a separate Belgian release and it has this serial, then it can be changed.
I looked a bit into it, and while the only copy on Ebay that is located in Belgium is this one, there's nothing to prove that it actually retailed in Belgium, so you're right, it's my mistake.
