Before anyone changes this, it might need more review. I believe there was a download of the game, and then a physical release which may have "only" been released with the "Deluxe Edition" naming on the logo. I don't see another original release of the game. So it's possible it makes sense as the title for the only disc release of this game. More research is needed.

The original edition is clearly the Xbox Live (digital) edition, with Deluxe Edition being the physical release.
I think in these cases (at least for Xbox360) we do still move this edition out of the title.
