Not exactly. Batch fixes shouldn't be made unless confirmed. For example, in the US version of MLB 2K13 for PS3, it does provide a different title in-game, present right when you start.
Therefore, each game would need to be checked. In the case of PS3 US, it's existence as an Alternate title is fine given the above image. I do not know about the other games.
The key takeaway here, is we don't standardize games across different systems, regions, etc. There are differences between them sometimes, and while it may look nice and neat to have everything match perfectly, sometimes there are variations. Now, it's possible all of them have this, but I do not know. Someone can check the xbox 360 game to see if it has a similar alternate title, and if so, it could be added.

Alright, I checked the Xbox 360 game, and it does specify the longer title in the manual, so in this case it will be added. But only after specific checking, not just to make them all match.
