Since they have different Internal serials and ringcode, http://redump.org/disc/46486/ should not have any datname modifier, and http://redump.org/disc/99840/ should have " Bundled with USB LAN Adapter" as datname modifier.
(also maybe the edition could be changed to Bundled with USB LAN Adapter, to be more descriptive)

There are a multitude of these, and they are being distinguished by version numbers, which is perfectly fine.
