Some feedback regarding regions.
Region changes on redump should be done vary sparingly and are usually done with verifications of discs from additional regions. It doesn't even matter if it is known (outside of redump entries) that certain regions match. Regions in redump are only entered when a disc for that specific region is dumped and submitted to the database.
In the rare event of an error on a page for a specific region, usually it would be the dumper of the disc who would present the fix if their region was incorrect for some reason. But in either case, specific and detailed information should be provided for *any* region change to a redump entry.
In this particular case, if it was the US release version that was dumped and submitted, then the entry should be *only* USA. If another disc is dumped that was distributed in another region, and that is then submitted and then matches this entry, only then would additional / broader regions be added.
If the existing region is wrong due to error (erroneously provided from the original dumper), then very specific proof / information should be provided to present any region change.

I believe El Chavo had got sold only in Latin America as it is a latin american show which isnt very well known in us

I understand. My point is that if that is the case, we need more information / proof, than just a fix saying the region should change. A region change is an important / significant change, so if someone submits a fix for that, they need to provide a lot more detail / proof so we know why and can rely on that.

I think that the dump is currently marked as USA because the dumper saw a game with an ESRB ratung and put USA 'by default', when this is a Latam only release. Same happened for a Canadian PES release, at first, it was put as USA because ESRB + first dump. The PS3 release, which is the same game, is correctly flagged. There is also an undumped Brazilian variant called Chaves kart that should match
But this game is a notorious Latam release, with a game based on a Spanish speaking show that aires in Latin and South america, copies are all Bilingual with Spanish first, edited by a mexicain company, There is no english voices, only Spanish and Portuguese. So I think that having USA as the région was just an oversight of the dumper when

But every website talking about the physical release talks it being a LATAM exclusive, for collectors it's the well known LATAM exclusive (which is why the price is insane)
