I have made my bot that scans for bad datnames public, posting on VGPC and mirrored to IRC.  Because of the sheer number of foreign titles with articles at the beginning, I'm making a more coherent forum post for them:

Is there an established Redump policy for which articles should be moved to the end? If not, I would hesitate to start moving non-English articles to the end without input from a native speaker of each affected language. I know that at least for my native language, Swedish, it isn't customary to move articles to the end like it is in English.

Italian discs are "fixed", but the "Gli" article titles are not supported by redump, so they look kinda weird.
As for "Le Concert", it's definitely French, but Fortissimo and Pianissimo are Italian terms used in music to set the "loudness" of the written notes, usually added under the notes on a musical score as "pp" and "ff".
In the context of this fix request, Le Concert i guess it means "The Concert", so probably needs to be changed as well.

Plextor: PX-W4012TU, PX-W5224TA, Premium, PX-716SA, PX-760A || LG GDR-8164B || Lite-On SOHD-167D
HP (Toshiba/Samsung): TS-H353A - Kreon FW || HP (Hitachi/LG): BH40N - crossflashed with LG BH16NS40 FW || Sony Optiarc AD-7280S

A couple of exceptions i can think of at the top of my head.

* Many indefinite articles also serve as counting words (example, German Ein/Eine or Swedish En/Ett). When used in this context they should not be moved.

* When the article is part of a name (example, French "Le Mans", which is a City).

Yes, Le Mans (and L'Oréal) are already in the exclusion list for being city/brand names.  The French fixes I assume EliUmniCk from the IRC has already checked, as there were discussions yesterday.

I asked a friend who is a native German speaker, and they said Ein in this case functions as an article, and I agree it should be excluded when it functions as a standalone number.

I plan on making the exclusion/inclusion list for the articles public for the bot (probably a text file hosted on Github) so that any one of you can adjust it or exclude false positives, whenever such arise.

We double checked with Morlit, and also with the Swedish Library for their sorting method. They do in fact, put some articles at the end.

We also have a reference guide from the US Library of Congress for international articles.

Specifically. I said that there is no rules regarding it. Some sites do it mostly because it's something done in English.

These should all be fixed now.
