Dumped this game last night, the game booted up in English, French, and Spanish, and all 3 languages appeared when loading in dolphin. Previous Dumper only included the English Language for whatever reason and the languages weren't updated when my dump was added.
Not entirely sure if this is all that's needed for a correction, but I hope this should suffice.
