Back when I made my submission there was some metadata missing; I didn't write the Mould SID codes from the disc. I didn't have a magnifying glass powerful enough to let me read these.
So now that I have one I went and checked the disc. The missing info follows below:
Data side Mould SID: IFPI JI27 (may be J127, but the second letter looks just like the I in IFPI)
Label side Mould SID: IFPI JI28 (may be J128, but the second letter looks just like the I in IFPI)
Every other bit of info is the same.
