I recently bought a set of state-sponsored CDs made for schools without a good Internet connection [For more info (in Spanish): source 1, source 2 -the set has 9 discs, tho-]. I haven't checked the contents of the discs themselves due to a lack of time, but apparently some discs have games according to the box, and the sources mentioned before. My question is: if one of them has Redump-elegible content, does that mean that all the discs in the set are elegible too? I ask because of one item in the Video CD Moderation Guide article in the wiki:

Bonus or bundled discs which are not game related, but another disc in the set is qualified for Redump entry.

I know it's a different platform, but I thought that it could apply to PC discs too. But I'm not completely sure, reason why I'm making this thread.

I finally checked them, and I could not find anything that it is a step above in "gaming-ness" than the included mini-games in the bonus enhanced CD of The Blue Cat Club.

Another release, but the question is very much the same, and this time there is elegible content beyond any doubt. I recently acquired a Billiken Compu release with two discs. One of them has BHunter, and the other disc has an (expired by now) evaluation for Microsoft Encarta 2001. Are both discs elegible for Redump or just the first one? Photograph attached.

Hi Lugamo good question. The rule was decided specifically for VCD format after deliberating with mods on the rules in a huddle, so I don't want to speak broadly about this contingency for other systems without mod agreement.

My suggestion is to submit both discs and note in the comments that the non-game disc was bundled with the game disc. This will encourage mods to come to a decision.

All my posts and submission data are released into Public Domain / CC0.

OK, thanks for the reply. I will submit them as soon as I can.

Encarta and all digital interactive encyclopedias are way too much out of scope for redump.
I've added the comment that says that there was an Encarta evaluation disc also bundled but it's not being added to the database.

Understood, thanks.
