The following dumps need to have their titles fixed to reflect the title screen. These were all tested from images with matching hashes.

Version field should be changed to version 3.0 as well.

The current title should be added to the Alt Title field.
The version in the comments should be set to 4, to reflect "Release 4" as identified on the disc label and on the actual readme on disc.
A comment should also be added to note that the intro sequence's version 1.0 isn't correct (I assume since it just hasn't been changed since the original release.)

Finally, http://redump.org/disc/110752/ does not have a title screen (see attached video file) nor any readme files on disc, so all that it can go off of is the disc label. Picture from Justin:
However, to reflect the standardization of other discs, especially the Volume III Version Four one, the title should be changed to Sherlock Holmes: Consulting Detective: Vol. I, with the version field set to 2, and the current title put in the comments as an alt title. However, since this technically goes against how discs are normally titled, I assume discussion is required first before putting this specific one through.
For anyone curious, the DVD-Video releases do not have any changes required, and use Volume and not Vol.
