I think this should be changed to English only. There is no language select option anywhere and it appears that it has different releases for different lang versions

I just confirmed by asking about an auction on spanish ebay and the serial is different

Ah yep - I missed it the first time. Languages are English + Swedish only. This matches the PSX entry for this game
