I am not at all sure this is a legit steelbook copy.   The only matching steelbook i could find on looks, was for ps3 https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/186682515765  This matches even down to the single disc socket on the inside, legit pc steelbooks i have found seem to have two distinct disc sockets, and the male/female shepard on front/back.

Only came with disc 1 inside.  Matches below.
