I mainly just want to ask questions about certain dumps, the first one that comes to mind is that I found an ebay listing for a promo version of the SLES-01674 serial of Tiger Woods 99 PGA Tour Golf that doesn't appear to have the # or #2 on it and wondered if that was one that would be wanted to be dumped.

Hello there!  Yes, we preserve all the variants of serial numbers, as sometimes they are unique dumps.  Even when they match others, it is good to get them dumped and the information documented.  For example, we have that particular serial/variant on our missing list here:
