Please read this page. Keep in mind that this project is dedicated to optical media, so to quote the page i've linked before: CDs, DVDs, GDs, NODs, UMDs, Blu-ray discs, etc.
If you want to dump old stuff floppies and cassette tapes for the systems that you have mentioned, there's other projects around the web that might be interested, but redump.org is not the right place.
