The serial "HLXCD140" should probably be "HLXCDI40": "I" instead of "1". It could be a Roman numeral, but the "I" probably stands for IBM, because the Mac version is "HLXCDM40".

As this isn't your dump, you'll likely have to contact the dumpers to see if they can inspect their own discs.
We can't confirm that they didn't have some other print with a different serial, based on online pics.

In an isolated environment I would say it's 140, but given the Mac version is M40 I am inclined to agree that it's supposed to be I40.
