Hi
something vent wrong with tracks length !

the other thing is write offset value, i don't say it is wrong but it's at least uncommon (-610) and when you go a sector forward it would be -22 which is usual for pc discs. there could be a mistake happened, please show us some pics from isobuster how you did calculate it, thanks!

PX-760A (+30), PX-W4824TA (+98), GSA-H42L (+667), GDR-8164B (+102), SH-D162D (+6), SOHD-167T (+12)

ah... yes it does look odd. as soon as I get the chance tonight, I'll redump the entire game. I could have made some mistake.

this is my first disk with an odd pregap (in a long time, anyways) of 2.02 seconds. maybe I made some mistake finding the sector.

if I have 2.02 seconds, i have 151.5 sectors to move back... what is the proper way to handle decimals here? do i subtract 151, and go back one, or 150, go back 1 and add half a sector worth of data. my guess is I messed up there. let me know exactly what is supposed to be done with an odd pregap like this, and I'll redump it.

sorry for the mistake.

problem 1:
the reason for wrong track sizes could be a wrong configured EAC, please go through the guide and set up EAC new, seems you have WAVE header in your tracks !

solution (?)
Compression options (F11) -> turn the check box "Do not write WAV header to file" ON !

problem 2:
wrong combined offset (?)

solution (?)
I just hope your drive has a large enough positive read offset (over or equal +22).
Now go back -149, then 3 times back, and copy & paste the contents of thus 3 sectors (-150, -151, -152) then we can check it out together with you here  smile

I can tell you right away my drive is OK, as I have your same GSA-H42L. I'll double-check my EAC config, because I had just reinstalled it before doing this... I may have left a step out (though I don't think so). Problem 2 seems most likelly. as soon as I have the disk handy, I'll post the three sectors.

well, sorry, but i am 100% sure you have forgotten to set it on, every track has an over length of exactly +44 bytes (which is a header length) tongue that's why i counted it as an extra problem  wink

the rest we will see later  cool
