I want to register an account because i have a Playstation 2 development disc that is listed on your PC missing applications list but attempting to dump the disc with the MPF only results in errors.

Maybe because you don't have a Plextor drive? Are you sure that you have read all the guides here? http://wiki.redump.org/index.php?title= … uide_(MPF)
