Trying to Submit Korean MGS2 Substance

I'm in the process of submitting this game... however the disc seems to have no ring codes

that is an album of the cover and both front and back of the disc. Please can someone let me know what I'm missing as all it shows that I can understand is the disc serial and then stars and barcodes!
