Hello,

The hashes in this submission do not match the disc you linked (nor any other disc).  However, I'm not sure it is a revision.  There seems to be some strange errors in the logs - can you please try to re-dump the disc and see if you get the same hashes?

Redumped with a Plextor 760A. The hashes match now. I've updated the information in the original post.
