Hello, just wondering if the redump ring codes for this are correct.

From mame, slamcitya:

MAME info for slamcitya seems incomplete.

It is "normal" for Sega discs to have revisions mixed up. Probably there are Brazil releases with all 4 discs RE or non-RE.
