Another PS2 Database ..but totally different then redump

Excellent job so far! I have added 1 or 2 things to the wiki... i'll add some more to the pal section when I get time;)
It would be cool if everyone here checked it out; With the amount of PS2 people own, I'm sure a few gaps could be filled
