Something really wrong with SX Superstar (USA) (Beta)
Instead of the 16th content sector, a copy of the 15th sector is inserted and all other sectors are shifted.
PCSX2 Can't run this image. IsoFileSystem not found (which is not surprising).

After deleting this extra sector I get this
