I have several extremely rare PSX and PS3 prototypes that I would like to submit data for. I have dumped them using the guides in the wiki.

Before continuing with registration I would kindly ask you to provide proof of disc property.
The main reason for that is IP masking, as you are behind a TOR connection.

In case people are cheating there must be a way to ban them.

Of course i can ban the whole set of TOR IPs, then people behind TOR would not be able to post anything, does that matter?
