I recently acquired a copy of Ballistic for the Nuon. Here is the info:

Title: Ballistic
Category: Games
Region: USA
Languages: I cannot test as I unfortunately do not own a Nuon console. Nuance isn't helpful, as I can't get it to look anywhere near playable in the latest version.
Disc Serial: There is no serial on the disc label.
Ringcode Information:
    Mastering Ring: A01F1614 CA-SDG-D001    S0
    Mastering SID Code: IFPI LL06
    Mould SID Code: IFPI V9B4
    Mould SID COde: IFPI V9E6
Additional Mould: MADE IN USA    PDSC.CA
    Toolstamp: PDSC CA
Yes. It looks like a Wii disc.
Barcode: "Pack in only-- Not for individual or commercial resale". Thus, I believe the barcode would have been on the box for the Nuon console.
Comments: "The game comes packed-in with the Samsung Extiva DVD-N2000 DVD player" http://www.nuon-dome.com/ballisre.html
Version: I have no idea how to get the version info for this system.
Edition/Release: Samsung Pack-In
Primary Volume Descriptor (PVD):

This disc is quite small for a DVD-5. It only contains a folder called "NUON", which contains "nuon.run", "nuon.n16", and "nuon.dat".

DIC output files, as well as a scan of the front and back of the disc, are in the attached zip file.

Is it a dot between "IFPI LL06" and "A01F1614" or just a dirt?

Also, which of the mould codes belongs to the data side and which one belongs to the label side?

That's just dirt.

V9B4 is the data side mould SID, V9E6 is the label side mould SID.
