LD area subcode dump was dumped by my PX-755SA drive and subdump (-mode 2).

Subcode of HD zone was dumped by my PX-W4824TU drive. The tool used was CDTool to dump 45000-549150 range at 4x speed, Main+C2+Sub.

0-44999 range was dumped by a Lite-On LH-20A1P drive, including the Sega ring. Tool used was CDTool, at 8x speed. A few of absolutely unreadable frames (I assume because there is no EFM data encoded) skipped at LD zone's lead-out -> HD zone's TOC transition.
