There is a known problem with hotmail and gmail addresses, as it seems they are blocking our emails.

Please use an other email provider for your application!

Updating the OP here to clarify, and remind everyone again - that we are having issues with both hotmail AND gmail e-mail addresses.  We apologize for the inconvenience, but please use other e-mail addresses with your accounts, otherwise we will have trouble establishing the account.  Thank you!
