Unfortunately malicious hackers made the wiikey development team take their site down, otherwise they had a config disc to burn that would dump them, to dump with the wii itself you need a SD Gecko adapter and SD card. Again unfortunately I don't know where to find that software without their site but you can try this...

Easy way to test it is dump the same gamecube games you dumped the other way and wii games already dumped I guess.

A little comforting, I hope so... Though it kinda looks like a tool has to be written to dump them as I put one in and EAC saw all the tracks but most was Zero in size (Maybe that doesn't matter) ISOBuster displayed the size correctly I believe. Its multi session, I assume track 1 (Only track in first session) is the data, anyways looking forward to trying the D8 command can give some usable results.

No, they made it all in audio so they can store more on the cd or something.
Jaguar CD games could include as much as 790MB of data, considerably more than conventional CD-ROMs. The designers chose to ignore established CD-ROM formats and instead created their own based on the audio CD format. Damn, so Atari Jaguar games will never be properly dumped and verified? 
I wonder if Atari will give up the offsets for it's games? They released the encryption program so people can make homebrew run on actual machines.

Is not being able to find the correct offset for audio only a technical limitation or a software tool limitation? If the moderators have the ability to delete posts, that they delete games added to the database as it's redundant information unless it's useful, lowers the probability to zero of missed games which equals no complaining\asking from the dumpers that a page or two goes by without their game being added did it get over looked. This will also work for the fixes and addition part.
The second idea is to clean up the general discussion and take all pertinent and merge it into a coherent F.A.Q. of sorts, I believe it will look more professional to the new people and it will hopefully help them find the answer quicker and lower the chance of being asked multiple times.

I dump with rawdump which gives an extension of .iso ... I checked my dump with the dat and it renamed it with the extension of .gcm. Doing that it shouldn't effect the image at all should it?

I believe no dump will ever match dumping with alcohol 120, if the checksums match then they are good if not try the guide again doing it over. I wish I could help you with clrmame but unfortunately I don't know how to use that so if someone helps you with that they will also be helping me as it doesn't detect anything for me either.

Perfectrip unfortunately didn't work. I dumped track 02 without pregap so how do I use psxt001z to add the pregap to track 02? I looked in the options for it and didn't see anything for pregap.

I know track 2 is 2 seconds, it's the other tracks I am worried about.
I used resize on track 1 as if there was 2 second pregap and there was no errors if I took stuff out that was supposed to be in track 1 wouldn't I have gotten an error in cdmage?

NEW* I went to a different computer and dumped the game and EAC worked better on this drive but not properly it gave track 02 a 1 second pre-gap, so I checked 75th sector and it wasn't the right one so I went to 150 sectors and that was the right one, so is there a way to check all the pre-gaps and if others in error is there an easy way to fix the image? The checksums matach and all and there is no errors. The game in question is Betrayal at Krondor. When EAC figures out the pre-gap does it dump the audio a certain way or does it just effect the cue and I would be able to go and manually find the gap like I did for track 2 and change it?

I scanned my Sacred Gold cd and it displays this with Protection ID
File Type : Exe, Size : 380097 (05CCC1h) Bytes
-> File has 339649 (052EC1h) bytes of appended data starting at offset 09E00h
and UPX v1.20 compressed ! UPX v1.22 compressed !
Is this dumpable without protection.

I think that would be great if they would, it would be nice if they could have a misc system part to hold the older games till they rise in number as I am in the process of getting the older systems 3DO, Jaquar, Phillips CD-I, Neo Geo CD and turbograph CD etc. and it would be nice to be able to post good dumps here.
