Hello there and thank you for your interest! Please make sure to review the dumping guides including the list of compatible drives needed to dump certain types of discs. Fortunately DVDs can be dumped with just about any drive, but CDs require certain types of drives. Feel free to reach out in the discord if you need help there.

A redump account is needed to dump your own discs and contribute metadata to the database. If you need support for getting your game images to work, it'd probably be best to look elsewhere for that assistance.
If you do indeed have your own games that you want to dump per our standards and contribute data, please let me know.

Please be aware, a lot has changed regarding dumping and submission requirements - general process is the same but we have newer requirements depending on the discs you'll be dumping. Additionally, I'll add that really any CD-i discs should be currently dumped by redumper as the strongly preferred program for redump purposes.
Perhaps a notation or comment of some sort may be helpful on these particular affected discs, but I don't know or have a strong opinion there.
Accidentally overlooked, but not ignored. I've corrected the entry. There are many older entries that don't have these updated, and we'll just need to get them over time, so definitely don't worry about making requests for each SCD/MCD item that has a missing Internal Serial.
If you would like a redump account to either dump your own games or contribute in the future, please let me know.
