Received the following error when dumping one of my PC discs with a PX-755A, sarami have any idea what the error would mean?

LBA[369098752, 0x16000000]: [F:ExecReadDisc][L:60]
        Opcode: 0xa8
        ScsiStatus: 0x02 = CHECK_CONDITION
        SenseData Key-Asc-Ascq: 05-21-00 = ILLEGAL_REQUEST - LOGICAL BLOCK ADDRESS OUT OF RANGE
lpCmd: a8, 00, 16, 00, 00, 00, 00, 00, 00, 01, 00, 00
dwBufSize: 2048

Here is a dumping guide for PS3: http://forum.redump.org/topic/12699/ps3 … ructions/, it also requires an additional specific drive in order to detect/read PS3 discs, unfortunately there is no all-in-one solution.

No possible way to properly preserve your PSX discs unless you own a supported Plextor drive that is compatible with DiscImageCreator.

Hi Drakmyth and congratulations on the dumper status.

Posting pictures is not necessarily required but they are very helpful in the verification process. When submitting new dumps, it is recommended to post them through the "New Disc" form, while the verification's remain on the forums.

Depends on what system you're planning to submit dumps for, for CDs a Plextor is required due to it's ability to read lead-in/lead-out, you can read up on the supported models here (http://forum.redump.org/topic/10483/discimagecreator/).

I'll redump Tomb Raider II with the /f option and let you know the results, I did change the read speed and failed as well, I do not have another Plextor drive to test at the moment.

For King's Quest V, I believe the file structure is High Sierra, was able to extract the volume descriptor from ISOBuster.

Sorry for the late response, I didn't see your PM till you mentioned it here. Uploaded the logs you requested:

DIC Logs
subdump Logs

Disc is completely shot, getting lots of errors. Also uploaded the logs for King's Quest V, another disc giving problems though I ordered another copy.

I would assume that is what it refers to but there is more than enough space available to dump the disc, the disc is most likely bad as I'm unable to dump it with other software.

Been trying to dump the following disc Tomb Raider II - Starring Lara Croft (USA), but been running into the following error messages:

- [ERROR] Number of sector(s) where mode is unknown: 23259
- [ERROR] Number of sector(s) where sync is invalid: 173395
- [ERROR] Number of sector(s) where sync is zero: 12260
- [F:CreateBin][L:1310] GetLastError: 8, Not enough storage is available to process this command.

Drive used was a Plextor PX-755A and tested with DIC 20170818, 20170702, and 20160805, all have been giving me the same problems. Disc looks mint with hardly any scratches at all so I can't figure out what the problem could be.

You can get the Error Count by using CDmage, open the cue file, then highlight Track 1 located under Session 1, and hit 'Scan for Corruption'.
