Usually people put a name beside any "bought"/"acquired" note, but in this case you'll have to look in the page history to see who added the note.

I'm not sure people should really be judged on their not-entirely-related actions if they are here to contribute new dumps.

I'm afraid you'll need to submit a few dumps to be able to access the "hidden" consoles. However these can be verifications of already dumped discs.

Not really, its called that for a reason.
You don't need to submit new dumps, or even that many - you can just submit a few verifications.

Note that each disc should only be submitted once. tongue

I invited ConnorRentz here. Please give him an account.

A problem with this - the serial field is for the disc label serial, not the disc image header serial. It usually matches, but doesn't always. Maybe redump should start cataloging the header serials?

What do you want an account for?

So? Does he need an acc or not?

Yes, even if only just for the non-scratched demo/tool discs - they could use redumps.

Its not really a VIP club. All you have to do is submit a handful of dumps to view the more modern systems. tongue

I did indeed invite InsaneNutter, so please give him an account. tongue

I don't see why these should be excluded, even if it has to be put in the xomments field rather than its own one.

I'm not sure you'll be given an account for this. Maybe  you can post the message here, send it to me as a DM on the VGPC discord to forward to him, or maybe he's on the VGPC discord and you can contact him yourself there.

You don't need the datfile to dump games - you can just say no if CleanRip asks for them.

If you submit a few dumps to redump you can get access to it. You can also find mirrors in various places.

Here's another recommendation to give InfiniteCats an account, if that helps.

Maschell has looked at these and he has determined that these discs aren't actually encrypted with a per-disc key at all. The keys dumped by wudump are just garbage data and the decryption tool wasn't actually using the key that was entered. So the keys can be removed.

same with this http://redump.org/disc/20183/

For some reason, when I submitted my redump of the Wii disc "Kirby's Epic Yarn (Europe)", "RVL P XXXX" type serial wasn't recorded. Only the "RVL-XXXX-XXX" one was.

Please give PPLToast a wiki account so he can contribute to the Japanese demo section of the GameCube missing lists.

If this is about people mistakenly coming here for ROMs, there's nothing illegal about that and the posts are deleted soon after so what's the problem?

irobot: so simply because the word "inkasso" is in CitizenKain's email address you think they are a lawyer coming to do something to redump?
This is ridiculous for multiple reasons:
1. This is a huge leap in logic
2. There is nothing illegal about redump and I don't see why any copyright holder or lawyer would be concerned about some game metadata
3. How would giving them an account make a difference. What are they going to do? Send a cease and desist disguised as a dump submission?
