Discimagecreator cd cd_drive file.bin 8 /c2

replace cd_drive with your Plextor drive letter (don't forget the colon!)
replace file.bin with your filename

Of course don't forget the path to Discimagecreator (and use "" for any path with spaces in it)

Neither. I had to find the proper Konami ID codes for each of the Konami dumps, since they were not submitted and I ran out of time to complete. They all processed now.

Tried new version on  Shanghai - Matekibuyu  in an effort to get a proper dump and got two sets of dumps, all the regular tracks and all the tracks appended with (subs indexes). In info file, had message:

Any chance you could provide a link for cdtoimg_d8, as old ones are not working?

The drives are all NTFS. I just wrote a batch file with the sort command to fix the issue.
