There are as of now just 41 discs with yellow status, which clearly don't belong into a datfile because they are either overdumped, underdumped or pirate discs.
You do have a full list of discs to be redumped listed above, no need to mark them yellow.

Main channel data should not be fixed at all, also if you are overwritting the user data with 0x55 due to protection.
Did i read it right, sarami, are you fixing invalid sync/msf/mode?

All the discs so far, including Bleemcast, have the same lead-out, lead-in, pregap lengths between sessions. They are formally specified in official documents, so it's unlikely that a disc will deviate from it.
I just took a look at all the MIL-CD logs and they all have non-standard values.
Lets see if this remains after they have been redumped with the latest DIC version, since there was a bug apparently.
