ok what's /c2?

Sorry I haven't been following redump.org for years.

Hi. I was an active user back in 2009. Since then I became obsessive video game hoarder. I want to get rid of some of the games but I thought I might do some good to the community and preserve those discs.

My problem is I have too many games. I'm ok with dumping each disc twice but my gawd getting hash and filling blanks by hand would be a nightmare.

Would it be ok to use clr mame pro to scan iso folders and use any match like this as a valid verification? I will take pics of my games with my username in the background as a proof these games legit.

If a game is not in the database I'm ok with filling info by hand. Its only about those games we have as verified.

Thanks.

Everything works now! Thank you, Dremora!

Could you please explain how does it work? I tried to drag and drop *.ape files to unpackIso.exe like *.ecm files to unecm.exe - that didn't work. I even tried that with all applications that were included in that archieve. I tried to decompress it in EAC - error. Than I googled the internet and found Monkey's Audio 4.01 beta 2 and it decompresses the files, but they are 44 bytes larger than they should be. EAC now works but 44 bytes like the Monkey's Audio 4.01 beta 2.

I cannot post info about Australian PC CDs because there is no such region to select in the submission form. Only language. So I thought maybe there is alternative way to post. But if there is not, then I'll just have to wait when there will be one.

P.S. Sorry for my English.

Would there be an Australian region in the database as part of European region (like Russian, it goes like the separate region, but counts as Europe in total statistics). Or should I post them as European but with Australian English language? What do you think?

I have some PC games that were distributed by Australian publishers (Red Ant even prints price on title covers in $AUD). I've looked at 'new disc' feature on the site. There is a language option but no regional option for Australian discs. What region should I put in disc info? Europe? USA? None? I even remember Quake 2 required a region/language to be set for English (Australia) otherwise it could not install.

Some of my PS2 games that I previously posted were manufactured in Australia, but all of them match existing European dumps. I don't see any problems for PS2 games but I'm not sure about PC.
