Same error?

Yes.
Sometimes it shows the "Directory Record is over 65535" and crash, and sometimes it does not show it and crash after the "Checking SubRtoW (Track)  3/ 3".

Thanks sarami, but why put a limit?
If another disc reaches that limit, again to change it.
Would not it be better not to limit it?

Edit:
With the test version "Apr 29 2018" continue to fail.

I have found 2 problems dumping Dreamcast games.

Dumping South Park Rally (Europe) http://redump.org/disc/50196/
DIC shows the OutputHash error:

Calculating hash: T-8112D-50 (Track 12).bin
Calculating hash: T-8112D-50 (Track 13).bin

The dump seems correct, but better check it.

And when try to dump the NFL QB Club 2001 (USA) http://redump.org/disc/51190/
DIC attempt to dump but crash.

I have noticed a minor bug: if the dirs "dat" or "audio" don't exist, produce an exception when click in the point 3 (Choose dat).

I will continue using the application. If I find some other problem, I'll warn you.

Many thanks for this tool LedZeppelin68 !!!

I bought a reader TS-H352C (DELH, FW=DE02, Ver C, December 2005) to dump Dreamcast games.
This unit don't support C2, is OK dump DC games without c2 option ?

The command used: DiscImageCreator gd unit name.bin 8 /q

Death Crimson OX (T-23202M) - (I have 2 copies of this game):
Both of them fail at sector 534094.
Logs of the dump from disc 1: https://mega.nz/#!VEkRyabQ!Cy1M8Z01E6sL … ggFoNri46s
Logs of the dump from disc 2: https://mega.nz/#!kZdjSDbT!FAvOQVd54b1G … dtvDOAjPMY

Puzzle Bobble 4 (T-42301M) - (I have 2 copies of this game):
The dump seems correct from the "disc 1".
Logs of the dump from disc 1: https://mega.nz/#!8YtWSDgQ!9YHwWSCzUzTL … fAQe2j_H6E

Can you confirm this?

I invited MyoCid because he has Dreamcast and Xbox 1 games, that are missing in Redump.

Did you use '-p5', '-p6' ... '-p100'?
And did you use '-t' and/or '-i'? (I don't know what this option means.)
Or did you change the value of '-c'?

I try uncont times and always get the error in the section 35.
And with the other disc, the same. I get the error in the same section 35.
Because of this, I thought it was a mastering error, and I want you to try with DIC.
Yesterday I bought a TS-H352C and TS-H192C to test it myself.

Does dcdumper show the error messages?

No. dcdumper only show the error "Non-Match" in the section.
And after the retries, the program ends.
It does not give an error.
The program can read the section but the CRC does not match the previous reading.

Hi: I cannot dump the Dreamcast games "Death Crimson OX (Japan)" and "Puzzle Bobble 4 (Japan)".
I have 2 disc of each and with dcdumper the dumps fail in the same site.
At the beginning I think that the disc are broken, but when purchase the second disc and fail in the same site I guess that is a mastering error.

Can you try to dump with DIC any of the 2 games to see if you find something weird?

I would try it myself, but the DIC does not work with any of my units to dump GD-Roms.

I continue to test the application and it works very well.
Thanks for adding the gdi function.
For me this application is MANDATORY.

Just to say something, I would modify the way to choose the output format (Points 3 and 4).
It is not very clear if it will be created in the Redump format or in the TOSEC format.
Until I have used it a couple of times I have not known how to choose the output format.

Many thanks LedZeppelin68

Shutokou is working. I don´t know why, but my antivirus was blocking access to the folder. Sorry.
I continue to test the conversion with other games.
Waiting for the gdi creation smile
Without this feature I cannot test the converted games in the GDEMU or USBGDRom.

Edit:
The "Save Log" feature saves the game list, not the log.

Until now I converted these games and compared the files between converted and TOSEC and all is OK !!!:
Sega GT - Homologation Special (Japan)
Shutokou Battle (Japan)
Soukou no Kihei - Space Griffon (Japan)
Space Channel 5 (Japan)
Test Drive Le Mans (USA) (En,Fr,Es)

Thanks LedZeppelin68.
I'm going to try it.

Edit:
2 Suggestions:
Can you generate the gdi ?
Quit the "Complete" for each track and show the progress in the bottom textbox.
Something like "Waiting... Converting Track 1 / x" and when the process has finished show "Completed".
Can you check the game "Shutokou Battle (Jap)" (http://redump.org/disc/5716/): It does not do the conversion.

Many thanks for this app.
If it works well, it is something that I am sure I will use a lot.

I have tried to dump a Dreamcast game with this new release of DIC.

First load the audio trap disc.
Stop the drive and change the audio trap disc for the Dreamcast game.

With my Plextor PX-755A the DIC seems to freeze here (I stop the process after 1 hour or waiting):

With the unit TS-H353A only get errors.

You can use the TS-H353 with the dcdumper method.

The methodology to dump the High Density Area:
- insert the audio trap disc (a disc with a hacked TOC of 99 mins audio, burn it with CloneCD or Alcohol).
- use 'startstop.exe driveletter 1' to stop the drive motor.
- use a pin to press the escape eject button, so the tray will eject (or remove the drive cover).. insert the gdrom and gently push the tray back (or put the drive cover back on).
- use: DCdumper.exe drive_letter [options]
You can view the commands in the second link suggested by sarami.
In my case the best results where obtained with this:
dcdumper.exe drive_letter -c446261 -p4

- use 'ice.exe dumpfile.bin 44990 > ice.log.txt' to descramble

To dump the Low Density Area use the DIC and the Plextor
DiscImageCreator.exe cd PLEXTOR name.bin 8 /c2 /q

The best of this method:
1) makes dumps in "sections", and if an error occur not need to read the entire disk again, only the particular section.

2) makes 2 passes: in the first one is created a hash of each section and in the second, if the hashes match, the files are created.

Things to keep in mind:
Check the ice.log.txt to see if any track line have a "(x)" at the end.
If you see this, then the dump is defective. Try to clean the disc and dump again.

In the ONLY case where it is OK, is on discs with audio tracks.
In this case the last track line must have at the end an "ok (75)" like this:

---------------------------------
03 Mode1 45000 312008 267009 ok
04 Audio 312009 319823 7815 ok
05 Mode1 319824 549149 229326 ok (75)
---------------------------------
done

Let me know if you have any doubt.

ahhh, thanks.
