RCE is more of an alternate region handling rather than a protection.

Technically, if someone leaks the 'main' StarForce tool some day, it should be possible to generate a new key for any image/burned disc.

I still think it could be some kind of mastering error and in any case dumps without c2 errors shouldn't be blindly fixed.
