We're looking to get an account setup for Hit Save!, and if possible it would be an account that could be used by multiple volunteers in the org to submit dump information from our archives.

Not sure it's a good idea to use the same account for different dumpers, though. If some dump will be declared bad later, how should we sort out the dumps made by exactly the same person for additional checks? Also it's not safe to share the password between different people.
You could probably register every member as "[hitsaveorg] somenickname" instead.
