This my first NEW redump submission.
Please provide feedback where applicable.

It is supposedly a missing CD-i from the MIA list.

Unfortunately the current DIC (DICUI_1.17.1-net48) throws a small bug at this CD-i Ready disk and finishes but does not show the pop-up for the submissioninfo form. I have filled out the form manually instead with whatever information I could gather myself, e.g. except for the PVD.

Same here, I'm also trying to dump the Free Gold Club Disc (aka The Vision Factory Bundle Disc 1.04).
Both MPF and DICUI don't reach the submission popup because they try to dump all tracks as audio tracks (and combine the data "Track 00" with audio "Track 01").
The last log entries are:
