Tenshin Ranma

https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/天神#Noun_2 - says "Tenjin" (てんじん)

another example where Romanisation is difficult.
I was confused with this one too.

hence i put both titles on the submission.

in which case also,

Genre:  3D Type multi hero role playing game.

All I actually have to go on is the loose disc:

though:

天神  =  てんじん =  Tenjin = God / heavenly / of the heavens

点心  = てんしん =  Tenshin = a Snack / Dim Sum

乱魔   =   Ran ma = devil.

Tenjin makes more sense
with a loose translation "Angels and demons"

another case:

天神乱漫
Tenshin Ranman

Again, my link above: https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/天神#Noun_2
"Less commonly read using the kan'on reading tenshin.[2][3]"

So, it seems, "Tenshin" is an obsolete variant and modern is Tenjin?

I don't think so. These would be the exceptions.
In my opinion, these are a play on the word "天真爛漫"(Tenshin Ranman).
