Disc came with a UK cover slip (BBFC PG, 4 005209 082587), obviously swapped at one point by EB Games, of which the game had EB's stickers everywhere (Australian disc and manual, barcode on back of manual was 4 005209 082303).

Also needs last line of PVD.

The last line (0370) for every PVD I have seen has invariably been (hex) 00 01 00 00 00 00 00 00  00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00. I had stopped adding the 0370 line in my posts because there was no useful data there (the 00 is just a null separator like 034E/035F, followed by an 01 which is most likely an end-of-data marker). I can add it later today or on the weekend if it is really needed.
