There's another independent confirmation of this disc existing with the title "Monster Trucks".

As some of you may know I'm currently tacking the PSX PAL demo list (with the help of some friends), and it would be great to cross this title off the list too if there is no further info or confirmation needed. It's a rare disc so no telling when or if it will resurface.
