Hmm, I don't see why you should add this data anyway.. it's superfluous imho
were you submitting it without the leading 4-digits and the double colon? >> "03?? :"
i can update the parser to allow submissions for the raw data only (no leading and trailing stuff)

That was added to the new disc of PlayStation yesterday. (it doesn't exist now)
