This disc (but not the case) comes from 10th Anniversary PlayStation & PlayStation 2 All Soft Catalogue Special Save Data Collection (ISBN4-8402-2972-4), a PS1/PS2 game catalogue book. Disc 1 contains PS1 game save files for a wide variety of games, the save files of which can be transferred to a memory card. Disc 2 contains PS2 save files. Obviously, the save files are only compatible with Japan-region games.

I redumped using my own original copy of the disc. I may or may not dump disc 2 in the future.

By the way, what is the purpose/function of having the psxt001z information above?
