That's from sector -149.  It would make more sense if the pregap was 2.00, that would make the read offset 667, and the factory write offset 0.  I've redumped on 4 different drives assuming a 2.00 pregap, I just need to compare the results and I'll post them.

I used CloneCD on a Toshiba drive, the sub is at http://www.megaupload.com/?d=TTAUFYLL .  Maybe it will look different than the sub you've already looked at, which was done on the LG drive.

its indeed different, but more worse (missing 10 sectors)

try an other drive or what themabus said, check the sector -150 for sync & header data
